The team of gobal Direct lead by Hardik (M-9920676114) visited my house on 30-06-09 and offerred on my wife's mobile the above mentioned Scheme/Plan which includes two cards and two gifts. He has taken Rs 600/- and taken the necessary documents and assured that the cards will arrive in a week. After 15 days when we inquired then he said documents are not sufficient. So we cancelled the scheme and asked for refund. Her informed that he will write immidiately and it will be given personally by him in 3-4 days. After a month (end july) when we enquired he said there is so many refunds like this and it will come to you when your turn comes (So much cancellations!!!) even after a further month (Sept 1st week) when we called him he gave the same answer and asked to check and revert in 2 days. Till further 15 days he has not taken care to inform what is the status.

Now for getting 600 rs back if I have to wait for 3 months and still not recd you can imagine the state of affairs going on in your Co. If any responsible person can inform me on my mobile 9833750529 when when I will get my money back then I am obliged. For such small matter I would not prefer to go to Consumer Court.
