Dear all,

refer to my below mail. further to that--

My phone went u/s again on 07 Jun 09. I took it to Mobile repair centre, 2A rippon street, Kolkata, ph no. 03322277891 and they have kept the phone. THE CASE ID NO. SE00937615139. Now --

1. It is evident now that the new phone sold to me was a faulty one.

I am cheated. who is to be blamed Mobile store or Sony ericsson?

2. the service was not prompt. I am making so many rounds to service centre and sales point. No value for my time. who will compensate the cost of my work hour and travelling expenses AND MY HAMPERED / DISTURBED PROFESSION.

3. Neither you provide prompt service nor you replace the h/set.

4. I have paid a big amount i.e INR 7500/-, the money is with you so I am handicapped and helpless. You keep on cheating and fooling us.

ALLOW ME TO TAKE IT UP WITH CONSUMER FORUM, BLOG ON DIFFERENT SITES AND SHARE IT WITH COMMON PEOPLE THROUGH PRESS AND NEWSPAPERS.
