I have recently taken a flat in a building comprising 10 flats and 5 shops. Out of which, builder has sold only 6 flats. Builder has installed mobile network tower on the terrace of the building, without consulting us.
Kindly let know
1. Whether Builder can install mobile network tower without consulting the flat owners
2. Since, bilder is making commercial use of the comman terrace, whther he should pay some amount to the society / share more money in Society Maintenance charges
