I have purchased a new set from your Srinagar outlet in Bangalore on 15.03.2008. I have been contacting the outlet on mobile number 9342501523 and 09343525252. but I have not getting any results with regard to activation of the set with mobile number 93412 84399. I am getting casual and careless response inspite of my contacting them number of times in a day since 15 March. I am submitting a SMS received from your outlet which reads as under

"Call me later, am with a customer, Dheeraj V W Devagiri" dated 25.03.08, time 13.32.59hrs. Today when I contacted them he is demanding for new set of documents like Id proof, photo and residence proof. I do not know why this demand is made after a lapse of 15 days.
