Complaint on mobile

The currency in my mobile gets cut without making any calls. Moreover the Logo is not getting displayed.

I am not able to reach the customer service and no response from the customer care.

If the service goes on in this manner you will lose the customers.

Kindly treat my complaint on urgent basis and do the needfull.
