I bought above set about 15 months back with Reliance connection. After 7-8 months form the purchase date, I am facing difficulty in down load some ring tone. Once I contact at service centre situated 1, Chandani Chowk, Kolkata (India). They told me some hypothecated answered that there may be some problem with sofatware which is required for ring tone and return us the set. Recently since 1 month, I am fade up with the set a problem of “CALL DROP” both (incoming & outgoing). On advice from Reliance service provider once again I went to the above Nokia service center. This time they told me that the set has networking software problem for that you have to pay Rs. 1480/- and leave the set for 7-8 days.
Sir, I purchased the above set with your renowned name and after rejected Samsung, LG, Motorola and Reliance sets with assumption of long life of set and best performance. The cost of other manufacturer’s sets of same profile was much less in comparison to Nokia., but I buy the above set with assumption of quality product. Sir, this is electronics’ item, some time there may be problem. With this assumption, I request you to kindly consider my request and change the Set with new set to safeguard my faith on “NOKIA”
