Calls are not going to Karnataka mobile from UPE BSNLMobiles

Dear Sir/Madam,

Greeting from Gorakhpur!

My Mobile No is 9450050464. When I make call to Karnataka BSNL Mible (Mob No.09481091986) it is not going. But when I tried in BSNL Land Line and like Vodafone, Idea, it is going.

Only from BSNL mobile its not going.

I have called BSNL UP East Cunstomer Care and booked complaint. But they are not solving my problem. Every time Customer care executive says; we will solve the problem within 24 or 48 hours. But i did not get the solution for my problem sine one month.

Please help me by solving my problem.
