Dear Sir,

As discussed and detailed over phone today please find my details as under:

Previous Airtel cell : 9935553011 (package plan for SAIL)

Existing Airtel cell no: 9935121533

Matter of concern: Current no 716034851 dated 18.03.2012 which has surpassed all my limits and is non-reimbursable.

I have been your regular customer since 2005 with understandably good usage and payment tract record.

For over last two years I have been using internet package of Rs 400/-, often despite erratic services from your side I have never made an issue.

Often for quite long periods of time I have not utilised your internet services, but package of Rs 400 or of Rs 98 as remained activated on my above mobile nos. Because of non usage or under usage in the month of July’11 I had given a request to change my plan from Rs 400/- to Rs 98/-, surprisingly it was not change till 17.12.2012 when I personally visited your Arya nagar customer service outlet, and finally it was changed to Rs 98/-.

It is not understandable where from credit limit of Rs 3300/- has provided to me, last month I remained in official field duty and my official mails got downloaded on my mobile. Without prior intimation my internet service was discontinued. I may please be allowed ask why my limit of Rs 3300/- (if given at all by you) was allowed to exceed beyond free package with downloadable bytes limit as allowed against Rs 98/- package. (you may please advise your technical wing to incorporate / devise system whereby on exceeding threshold of anyone’s eligibility package, system should trigger automatic stoppage of net services-This is an scope for improvement in your kind of system)

You are requested to please where I’m mistaken and why should I be penalised despite being in long association with my company as a whole.

Having NO fault of mine I request your good position to consider waiver of excess bill of Rs at least Rs 5000/-.

I’m ready to switch back to my original internet plan of Rs 400/- or even more subject to my corrected bill amounting below Rs 1500/-.

For your kind help in the matter please as my company will not reimburse the excess bill amount beyond Rs 1500/-in month.
