Cant solve problem

I had a bad experienc of poor service from samsung auth service provider qwik services gandhi nagar jammu i give my mobile on dt.04.05.2009 with work order no 99/q/0427 for software problem after 10 days i cdnt get my ph whenever i call they said give us 1/2 days i visited 2times nd call 6 times every time i get th same ans.now what wld i do please tell me
