Complain regarding delay in deliver the mobile

Dear concerned,

This is very harassment by Samsung side to not giving any response/seriousness to solve my problem.my mobile not repaired till date.on dated 3 Sep (deposited-22 july in sevice center) and total 45 days completed but mobile not repaired as yet.

i phoned to your service center GNH telicom. Noida regarding my mobile status, she said i phone to shortly about status, but she did not response to me till time.

I am using so many branded company product but

This is so worst service I have seen my life. Tell me what

my fault for such inconvenience. I am using other company mobile but not found IEMI error till time.

So I want to clear you this is not manually fault any how

if it is not repaired or got manufacturing defect, it is your

responsible in priority to provide new mobile to me of same price.

I am continue facing difficulty without my mobile.
