The mobile store cheated me by selling a rubbish Ray mobile M31.
The phone has very less sound and no battery backup.
Also when u transfer photographs it doesnt open.
I bought this cell on 19 jun and since then i ave contacted mobile store 4 times in 8 days.
They are not providing any service moreover they are not listening to the problem.
