On 23.9.2009 I purchased a new Mobile instrument of SAMSANG from Mobile stores, Shakunmall, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad. As per salesmen advise that on purchase of sim I some balance will credited in the account hence on 24/25 September I purchased sim of VODAFONE, and still I have not get balance. I have sent somy complaints through email but still I have not received any resolution. This shows that Mobile Stores people's cheat the customer and this is wrong practice. Please let me know which legal action can be initiated against this comopany/shop? Ashok Rangwani
