I have recieved a bill of rupees 808.pay by date 3/03.bill number 2087240341 dated 09/02/'2009.my telephone disconnected before expiry of pay date i.e 03/03.i have many times recieved messages that my credit limit is rupees 2000.i feel harrased when my outgoing has been disconnected without increases the credit limit and the pay date. and now i am surprise, i have already paid rupees 808 on 19/02 by cash .and my phone is still temporary disconnected.i further request you kindly open the customer care lines so one should has to inquired that he should not go to the sanchar hut directly.
