Mod Collections
Non delivery of speed post consignment

Dear Sir,

I had booked two valuable parcels bearing consignor as Mod Collections on 5th january vide docket no. SP ED823604559IN and SP ED823604562IN through Speed Post from East Punjabi Bagh Post Office, New Delhi - 26 to be delivered to (Consignee) M/s Lucky Cloth Center, Near Clock Tower, Aberdeen Bazar, Port Blair - . Till date the consignment remains undelivered. The East Punjabi Bagh Post Office has failed to give me any concrete information regarding the whereabouts of the consignment.

Please give a clear information as to what happened with the consignment and when can it be made delivered at the earliest.
