Sub: Replacement of Mobile Set Model 2630, IMEI No. 356997017658904 in name of Nanda Advani
Today is 23rd of Feb, 08 and on 24th of Jan I had given my Mobile for repairing, one month has passed and still my mobile is with Great Customer Care Deptt. of Nokia. The set had gone for repairing three times vide job Sheet no. 109434038/080124/25, 109434038/080201/63, 109434038/080201/63 on 24t.01.08, 01.02.08 and 19.02.08 respectively. The Set has been purchased by me in the month of Dec, 07. Before this E-mail I have sent mail earlier also, but so far no response has been taken from the Seniors of the Company. I had requested to replace the set since when the new set is creating so many problems what the hell repaired set will do. I spoke to the Customer Care Executives so many times at Bangalore but even they do not up-date the things and just passing time by saying contact us after 48 hours and so on. The issue is very much depressing and frustrating me a lot.
In the end, I request to please solve my problem and give me the new set.
