I have purchased the washing machine on 27th Sept'09 from your Dealer M/s Milind Trading Co., Baramati, Dist. Pune. I asked him for additional extention inlet pipe for two times but he replied that there is no such pipe in the market and you have to get it done through your plumber. But Plumbing work is very diffcult so I contacted to your service centre 20 days back (18.10.09) for the same and he registered my complaint (No. 3637365) and promised to send technician by 48 hours and still I am waiting for that. After that I reminded for the same for two times.
So, for last one month I am carring your machin in my house without any use.
Can I expect help from you in this regards?
