Discrepancy in the credit card statement - Charge for membership fee which was guranteed free

Hi

I have been charged for Membership fee for the credit card. the credit card was sold to me after reassuring me that the card has a lifetime free membership.

i tried calling up on the call center for there credit card division and no body takes the call.

I have my company bank account with ABN AMRO i feel cheated by ABN AMRO.
