Modern indane gas agency
Non attending of telephone for booking of gas

I am customer of indane gas against consumer no M 9198 with modern gas agency 34-c shyam nagar kanpur 13 .On 16-04 I tried to contact gas agency no 2422920 from 1030am to 0400pm several times for booking gas but no response from them. Thus ultimately I had to go personally next day for booking of gas. I am senior citizen and no male member in my house, I request IOC authourties to direct gas agencies to respond to telephone calls for booking of gas. Such incidence has been seen in the past also.when complained about this to them, no satisfactory reply was given

May I request IOC to take up the matter with concerned gas agency.
