I bought a cellphone (Model No. Fly FF 100 IME NO.: 359684010143855) of company 'FLY' on date 9TH March for myself from The Mobile Store Ltd., Kakurgachi, KOLKATA.I haven't used the mobile even for a month the problem of one side voice started.(I could hear the caller's voice but the caller could not hear my voice). Then I gave the mobile to near Authroized service center, Accel Frontline Ltd., L/D/1, Ground Floor 8TH Phase Adarsh Nagar Sonari, Jamshedpur. Then I got back the mobile after a month as the same condition as I HAD GIVEN IT, they said that it is some network problem it will get well soon. After few days the key pad of the mobile set started not working. Non of the key pad is working, it did not get the proper display and it is now again given to the Accel Frontline Ltd for repair. This is the 4th time when I have given it to repair but not get any helping & positive satisfied solution from them without any service.

I am requesting you to please replace my mobile set. I expect you will revert to this mail with current status within a day. I am preparing to lodge a complaint agianst you in Consumer Forum.
