Wrongly Charged Renewal

Hi,

My Credit Card Number is 5415 3823 3250 3036.

Last year this card was issued to me by ABN AMRO bank. At the time of issuing this card telecaller told me that for Big corporates like TCS we are issuing this card free of cost. There will be no charges if u dont use this card. No renewal nothing is applied.

I didnt use this card for a year and ABN AMRO renew my card without notifing me. Also they charged renewal of 595.00 in the month of March. I didnt pay the amount as it was communicated that the card is free life time card. But ABN AMRO started charging 350.00rs Service Tax every month. Now this amount comes to 2200.00.

Now i started getting calls from recovery agent of ABN AMRO from Delhi. One associate who's name Anil Kumar speaks rudely to me as well as parents. I told him the scenario but still he was not listening.

i called customer care but there also got replies which of no Use. ABN AMRO customer care of mumbai name Mahi as telling me that you should know the name the tellecaller who gives the wrong information which is not in SCOPE OF ANY USER. They are not reversing the applied charges.

I logged a complaint in ABN AMRO and complaint about the Recovery agent Anil Kumar (Delhi).

Wanted to teach lesson to recovery agent like Anil Kumar from Delhi

Kindly advice what should be my next step. [should i consult with Local Police in this issue]
