Dear Sir/Madam

I had received a call from your call center (Andheri branch - with a no. 42320400) on 29th August evening. Ms. Shabana (working in a batch with Mr. Salman, Mr. Altaf & Mr. Irfan) talked to me and offered your Health care insurance policy. I informed her that we do not take such kind of policy as it is forbidden in our Islamic religion (there are many Muslim who are taking this or such kind of other policies which doesn't mean that it is acceptable in Islam - it is their personal deed) but she started arguing with me on Islamic rules and regulation. As per her arguments and comments on Islamic rules, I realized that she is not very much aware of Islam, Infact she is also a Muslim, and her talking manner was quote rude. She is working in customer service department and is not fully trained how to communicate with the customer. I strongly condemn for such kind of people working in TATA AIG Health care. The Co. should train the employee before they appoint them and Co. must instruct the employee to respect the religious rules and regulation belongs to Islam or any other religion.

I expect a favorable step from the TATA AIG Health Care Co. in this regard.
