Cash missing from the ATM

I had deposited cash in the drop box. I came to know later (after losing the money) that all cash deposits should be made in the ATM machine itself and not in the drop box.

When i dropped the cash in the drop box there was no board saying not to drop the cash cover in the drop box.(after my complaint about losing the money now they have put it).

The bank says even in case of drop box - it is opened in front of the bank official only and they have not received any cash cover that day.

Though initially the bank representative were telling they have camera installed later came to know that there is no camera installed in the ATM.

They are claiming that they have not received my cover and in the absence of camera i am helpless.

Request the forum to suggest what options do i have? Is it not compulsory for teh ATM to have cameras?
