Non delivery of LPG

I have booked LPG on 1st Feb 10, from Mohan and Mohan Gas agency, sec-37, Faridabad.

They have not delivered LPG till date (10-02-10).

At the time of booking they told me that they will deliver LPG within a week.

But now they are not answering my phone calls.
