I bought a Sony Ericsson phone from the aforesaid shopkeeper, in the month of July. The charger of the same didn't work after 4-5 days. I took the charger and the bill to the shop owner because it was in the warranty period.
The shop owner took the charger and photocopy of the bill, and promised the replacement to be done within 5-7 days. Now its nearly 2 months I have been visiting the shop owner, and he always says that Sony people doesn't have the mobile chargers!
Strange to know about the Sony Ericsson people, which itslef proves to be a wrong commitment by the shop owner.
I had a word with the Sony Cust Care, and they also denied the same.
Today on 13th Nov the shop owner even misbehaved and has again promised of the charger on Thursday, the 15th.
Lets hope that I get the charger, else I'll also have to show the guts to the shopowner.
