There is a clothes store in santacruz called 'Molly Design'
When i was unhappy with the staff behaviour, they refused to give me any contact detail (email, phone, name etc..) of the owner / person in charge. Is this right? Doesnot a consumer have right to information? Even websites have to have a mandatory contact us & about us section,
Because i had asked for an exchange of a 'patiala', they refused to call for a design which they promised to give & made me wait for 1/2 hour. After that they said no we dont have it available. Of course they are all loosing customers because of their bad behaviour, but can they refuse to give contact information?
