Mistake in billing - Card No. 5239 5042 0120 8439

In my credit card statement dtd 7-10-08, Rs.4, 500/- has been charged towards charges for 3 nights and 4 days at RCI Resorts.

Please note that I had never used RCI resorts nor said 'yes' to any of your offers.

How do you charge me for this?

Similarly, the service tax and education cess has also to be corrected.

Please correct the statement of account and send it to me.

Meanwhile, I have issued a cheque for Rs.5579-00 towards other expenses.

I have cleared all the dues.

Please note that if you take this sort of liberties, I WOULD HAVE TO PROCEED LEGALLY AGAINST YOU.
