I have purchased a 4GB pen drive of Mosarbear Compnay from Satyam Stationers, Near Hotel Vinayak, Ranipur More, Haridwar on 18-08-08. at that time they said two year warranty.
on 25-10-08 it was not working i give it to the satyam stationers for replacement they said within two three days it will be replaced.
but when i asked them they again tell about two three days. but now after 20 days they uses hash language and tell ' jo chaye car lo' and not returned the above pen drive.
plz. help me
