Myself Nilesh vijay Pathak worked In Moser Baer India Ltd as asst. engineer from oct to jan
for almost Two & half Year, company has deduced PF from My Salary .while leaving the company I Submitted duely filled PF form to Company (Moser Baer India Ltd) the company has told me that it will going to submit the form to PF office after two months, So after two months I called Company About status of my form, I got the answer that my form has been sent to PF office & now nothing left in their hand . wheras I have not got my PF money or check yet. It is not possible for me to go personally in Delhi to slove this matter . so can anybody help me in this matter?
