Moserbear/pen drive
Not working

I purchased a moser baer pen drive in april.

but it have a error, it shows no disk drive, plz insert a disk. This disk cannot formatted, i want to ask that how will it return. I have a receipt of shop and pen drive details. please try to under stand my problem and take some decision to replace it.
