Poor Service (repairing)

Dear Sir,

I am sudhir mhetre doing a service. In 2007 i had purchased a computer mother board from Viscom (Model No. GA - 8I865GMERH-775) and (Serial No. 03 A G73000799) which comes under 3 years warranty. When took it to the Viscom he told me that some part is rusted and it will repair from companies end.

So therefore i visited to gigabyte service centre who have a authorised dealer called D-link, When i showed the Motherboard, they said that it will not repaired from our end. It can be repaire from anywhere else. And people are not responding well.

Kindly help me regading the above said issue
