Error occured to motherboard in warranty period

I'm one of your customer. i bought a intel 945 gcnl mother board one year ago. But now when working for a little the computer got hanged. I verified it is due to the error of mother board. I'm still in the warranty period. So please help me by replacing it or making it clear.
