Adulterated Milk

In our area, Mother Dairy packet milk is coming adulterated which gives thick yellow oily layer on top when boiled. We have complained about this problem in Mother Dairy as well in past but mother dairy customer service said it is because we boil cold milk immediatly taken out from refrigerator... which is not true because we keep milk out for an hour after it is bought or taken out from fridge.

We have heard this symptom of adulterated (washing powder) mik in newspaper thus are more worried about Mother dairy supply in guragoan.

Please help and advise what you can do to help people.
