Not receving motorcycle in the Bhatapara station

Dear sir,

I load my motor cycle on 24-08 from tatanagar station to bhatapara (Chhatisgarh) station.my receipt number is Q917041.

Already it's 6 days past, till now i did not get any correct information from the parcel department of bhatapara railway station.some time they said the bike is may be at nagpur, may be at durg, may be at bilaspur, may be it is on train right now.

so kindly look in to this matter so that i get my bike. Because of bike i am getting loss of pay.
