I am holding an ABN AMRO BANK GOLD CREDIT CARD AND THEY HAVE IMPOSED Rs 4200 LATE FEES SINCE LAST 7 MONTHS AND THEY NEVER SENT ANY STATEMENT ON TIME ON MY ADDRESS OR ON MY E-MAIL ID ON DUE DATES I HAVE WRITTEN SEVERAL TIMES TO CUSTOMER CARE AND SPOKEN TO HEAD OF ABN AMRO CARD DIVISION BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO ACCEPT THEIR FAULT INSTEAD THEY THREATEN ME TO PAY THEESE EXTRA CHARGES, PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER.
