Bluetooth (bluesoleil) connectivity AND Tools CD not working

I have purchased Motorola A810, just two days back and it has started giving headaches right from the beginning.

First of all in purchased this handset primarily for connecting to internet (on my laptop) through Bluetooth. When I pair the mobile and Bluetooth (in laptop), the pairing gets done (and the red tick mark appears), then I refresh the services (to get the Bluetooth Dial-Up Networking service and Bluetooth File Transfer Service), BUT these are not available.

Second, the CD provided along with the phone (motorola phone tools, v 5) also seems to be for some older models. As it does not connect with my phone...

IS THERE ANY WAY OUT???
