Poor working condition

Dear team

I have one motorola handset (c168), after 1.5 years the set in complient that caller from other mobile, while calling me, result network buzy at same time my set shows one missedcall with out making single ring...!This is the regular problem in this series. As a valuable customer like me may trun to buy from moto to other com`s phone
