I am purchased motorola w 362 handset feb.2009 then used min. 15 days after mobile hanging problem created.then 3 times repaired from motorola care center in vashi navi mumbai.but problem not solved.after that submit mobile full box kolhapur video care .he replace mobile after 1 month &mobile again submitted video care center because replaceble mobile is faulty.i asked motorola mumbai office i want solution they said again send handset to us.after that no replay from service center.
