I was sold a defective set c975 model

I bought motorola c975 after big ads in times of india appeared saying a saving of almost couple of thousand rupees.

i paid 6000/-plus by my card to indiatimes.com.

the set is not dust proof, the screen is full of dust now and the navigation system gets obstructed due to dust.

my warranty is valid till end of december and i have been trying to get to indiatimes but no response.

motorola replied saying they donot have software and the technology to repair this model... how funny...

the local motorola agent is not interested to even listen...

i want motorola to clarify using this forum if they really care their customers...
