Very poor customer service!

My motorola phone has problem in battery. my batterybakeup is only 10 hours without calling and 2 hours calling.

i mobile purchase date is 08-06-07. means four manth.

i have not happy from this motorola c168 product...

i want replesement this product or repair quculy.
