HI DEAR
I HAVE PURCHASED MOTOROLA RAZR V3i HANDSET FROM MOTOSHOP IN GURGAON (HARYANA). IT STARTED GIVING PROBLEM OF AUTO OFF DURING OPENING OF FLIP.ALSO IT GIVES HANGING PROBLEM AND THE HEADSET WAS DEFECTIVE.
I SUBMIT IT TO MOTOROLA SERVICE CENTER IN GURGAON (M/S REDINGTON SERVICE) THEY REPLACED THE DEFECTIVE HANDSFREE HEADSET BUT TOOK 15 DAYS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM IN MOBILE HANDSET WHICH ALSO WAS NOT SOLVED.
NOW I AM FACING PROBLEM IN HANDSET AGAIN AS OF IT IS WORKING STARNGE CAPTURING PHOTO ON ITS OWN GOING TO VIDEO CAMERA MODE WHEN MAKING THE MOBILE POWER ON.
WHEN WE GO TO SERVICE CENTER AGAIN THEY NEEDS THE BILL, UNFORTUNATELY WHICH I HAD MISPLACED.I ASK THEM TO TAKE THE BILL FROM THEIR PREVIOUS RECORDS OF WHICH I HAVE THE PROOF.BUT THEY ARE NOT HELPING ME IN THIS.
I THINK THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICESBEING PROVIDED BY A COMPANY OF LEVEL LIKE MOTOROLA.
