Dear sir,

This is to request you that kindly help me, as i Redington serivce center is not fulfilling and giving false TAT and resolution against my service request (work order no. is: DE/MO/08/08234).

Other required details are :

TAT provided : 1 week

Requested date : 15th sept. 08.

Motorola Mobile Model # : W230

Reqest made at: Redington service center, Green Park New Delhi.

Very briefly providing you the scenario of the problem:

I have a problem in the Motorola handset W230 which is still in warranty period. Problems are:

1. Not able to charge my mobile

2. automatically becomes Switch off frequently.

3. FM headset problem

I have made request on 15th sept they take my mobile and told me that problem will be resolved within 1 week. But since than i have visited their branch 9 times after the said TAT period.

Not only this they had given false information that the problem is resolved pls collect your mobile phone, but when i reach there they told me that i am sorry problem is not resolved visit after a few days... and this hapens seveal times.

Is this your customer service??? I

Note. : If I am not addressing my problem to a proper person or autority kindly give me e-mail id of proper autority who has the responsibility or power to take action against this problem and help me.
