I had purchased a Motorola w 362 on 17.1.2009 vide invoice no 1590115956 from Reliance world. Within a month the instrument totally collasped and all the datas were lost in the set. Immediately I gave the inst on 13.2.2009 for servicing (Redington India Ltd) and they rectified the same. Again after 20 days it got hanged totally and all the datas were lost again and I gave the set for servicing on 28.3.2009 to (Redington India Ltd).
After giving for the service I have been visiting Redington service centre almost 10 times and there is lukewarm response from them. Noe they are keep on telling me that there is a problem in the board and they keep on buying the time only.
Hence Iam filing this complaint against Redington service and Motorola.
