PHONE IS NOT WORKING

I bought my zn200 phone form FANCY GENERAL STORE, RAILWAY ROAD, MANDI GOBINDGARH-147301 (PUNJAB) bill no.3421 dt.13/11.the serial no.356431/02/034617/4.from the purchase of two months the mobile phone shooting the problem.on going to above dealear they makes excuses and didn't reply satisfactory. I want my phone in condition to obtaing the uses of this phone.
