Motorolla
Handset given to Motorolla service center for repair 1 month back but did not get it back yet

Hi,

I have given my Motorolla handset to mottorolla service center in Shivajinagar Pune on 04-Apr, but till now, after more than one month, I did not get my handset back.

I have called the customer care and service center many time and registered a complaint also and they told me that they will get back to me within 48 hrs but till now I haven't heard from them too.

Please help as it is very difficult for me without cell phone.
