I had given my mobile for Service (Motorola Service Center COIMBATORE INDIA),
The keys (No 5, and No 7) were not working. When I came to collect my mobile phone,
The Service Engineer stated that in order to use the mobile, the spare parts will have to be replaced, which would cost me Rs 1200. When I asked him about the details, he stated that, display screen was damaged while opening the phone.
I told him that the phone was in working condition when it was given for service. I refused to pay for the mistake done by the service center.
He then stated that the Mobile has become unusable because of water log, and also said that it was mentioned in the service bill that service center will not be liable for Defects due to water logging.
I WAS TOTALLY SURPRISED at the Way he twisted things.
I got back my mobile phone in Broken Pieces.
Please follow the guidelines to escape getting fooled by Motorola Mobile service center guys at Coimbatore.
• Obtain acknowledgement from the service center for the nature of complaint.
• Strike off the general condition mentioned in the bill “that Service center is not liable for defects due to water logging” if Your mobile is not water logged.
• Strike off any other general condition which is not applicable.
• Do not forget to obtain signature from the service center representative for all the alterations to the preprinted conditions mentioned in the bill/acknowledgement.
• Never give your mobile for service at Motorola service center at Coimbatore
Let’s take a resolution that we will not be fooled by fools (Unskilled, irrational, irritating, twist masters and beggars)
