ON 24/08/09, I SUBMITTED MY MOBILE, MODEL W388, IMEI NO.352498026224774, TO MANI

COMMUNICATIONS, NOIDA, REGARDING HANGING PROBLEM . THE WORK ORDER NO. PROVIDED WAS YC/MO/09/00367.AFTER ONE MONTH, I WAS INFORMED THAT MY MOBILE HANDSET HAS BEEN TEMPERED AND MOTOROLA COMPANY CANNOT GIVE US FREE SERVICE (MY MOBILE WAS IN WARRANTY PERIOD).

I WISH TO CONFIRM YOU THAT I HAVE NOT GIVEN MY MOBILE TO ANY UNAUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER EARLIER. WE HAVE BEEN MISBEHAVED BY PEOPLE WORKING AT MANI COMMUNICATIONS AND HAVE NOT BEEN ANSWERED TO OUR QUERIES, PROPERLY BY MOTORLA SERVICE CENTER. I LOOK FORWARD TO A QUICK AND EARLY RESPONSE.
