SIR. I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT ON 26/11 TO LG COSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE, REGARDING MINOR FAULT IN THE MICRO SWITCH.SERVICE ENGINEER MR.SHIV KUMAR VISITED TO

MY HOUSE ON 27/11..AFTER INSPECTING THE SYSTEM HE GIVEN AN ESTIMATE OF RS.3000/-.THAN SYSTEM WAS TAKEN TO SERVICE CENTER ON 04/12.AFTER THAT A CALL RECEIVED FROM SERVICE CENTER THAT THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSPECTED, AND AGAIN GIVEN THE EXPENDITURE OF RS.7000/-.AFTER THAT I CONTACTED TO MR. SUNIL KUMAR (BRANCH INCHARGE) ON HIS MOBILE NO.9811354749. HE ASSURED THAT THE COMPLAINT WILL BE ATTENDED SHORTLY. BUT TILL DATE NO ACTION HAS BEEN DONE.THIS IS A GREAT HARRASMENT TO UNDERSIGNED.
