i have purchased a digital pocket recorder on 15 july by vpp. my membership no is ITBC0965432.

the in voice no of the product is ora090004553ca. vpp no is 618765. dispatch no is 3923. i got the product but it is not working. so i have return the product by filling replacement form on 20/07/09 to the address mention in the replacement form. but right now i did not get back my product. so i kindly request u to take action and return the product as soon as possible.
