Order number for Indiatimes shopping 111808268
27th of August the MP4 player was shipped to me and it was dead on arrival. I chased Indiatime shopping customer care for 7 days and finally one day i got them after holding for about 23 minutes. The material was picked from my place for replacement next day and after 15 days i got a mail saying the product is not available and they are refunding my money. Aftere that its been one month there is no refund, customer care puts you on hold for hours and no response on emails.
PATHETIC SERVICES... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES
