Regarding Repairing of Sony Ericsson Mobile No. K-510i

I had visited M/s Arun Watch Shop, Yusuf Sarai New Delhi on 27th February at 2.00 p.m. for repairing of Sony Ericsson Mobile. The problem in the mobile is that we get the mobile fully charged but after half an hour it automatically switches off. For that purpose I had visited there for repairing the mobile because the mobile is in the guarantee period. But they did not respond properly. They behaved very rudely but this is not done. They should know how to behave with the customers and tackle with the problems. They just avoid their responsibility saying that there is a liquid damage on joystic area. But how do we know what kind of liquid is there in the joystic area and they were demanding Rs.3400 for repairing the mobile. But why should we pay for it as we know it is in the guarantee period. They said that the mobile has fallen into the water but the fact is that it has not fallen. Had it been fallen into the water it would have stopped working completely. The fact is that it is in working condition. It has not completely switched off. This is just the tackticks of running from their duties. The mobile is still in the one year guarantee time. I have the mobile bill also. So I humbly request you either to take action against it or I will have to approach to the Consumer Court for our rights. Thanx
